One of my favorite expressions is that “you reap what you sow“. Whilst I usually hear it used negatively by somebody who expects some “chickens to come property to roost” I prefer to think of it as something positive. How comforting to think that all our challenging work and toil will be rewarded with a crop of something very good? How amazing to believe that putting adore and care into some project or person will indeed be rewarded.

Of course, while most Americans give lip service to the notion of our correct to pursue happiness, all too several people do not genuinely believe it applies to them. Numerous individuals basically believe they don’t deserve happiness. And even those few who do believe it seem to accept unhappiness as simple bad luck.

Every single individual does indeed deserve happiness and what is far more happiness is contagious. The far more happy men and women there are around then even far more individuals will come across happiness. We owe it ourselves to work on our own happiness and we owe it to society as well. Our own happiness will assist others and inspire other people to come across happiness. If we are unhappy then we are likely producing other people unhappy as properly (even if unintentionally) and it is extremely unlikely we are doing considerably to contribute to the happiness of others.

So how do you grow to be a happy individual? You basically reap your own happiness. But how? Take these 4 simple steps:

Step 1 — Prepared Yourself For Happiness

You can accomplish this step by initial determining that you want to be pleased. Part of being happy is wanting to be happy. Once you have committed yourself to the course of discovering happiness for your self then you ought to rid your self of the notion that happiness is luck or based on possessions or persons. No thing and no 1 can make you pleased. Happiness comes from inside yourself.

Step two — Envision Your self As Happy

Each and every day when you 1st wake up and at different points during the day spend some time envisioning your self as a pleased individual. Picture your self laughing, smiling, relaxing. Envision yourself as pleased. The much more you can fix this image of yourself as pleased in your mind then the easier it will be for you to genuinely grow to be happy.

Step 3 — Assume You Will Be Happy

Several folks tend to assume that they will invest a lot of their lives either unhappy or at least not actually happy. Nevertheless we have all observed those men and women who do appear to be genuinely pleased with their lives. They smile often, laugh typically, and appear to be in very good humor most of the time. However this is not due to the fact they are richer or much more productive. Occasionally these people were just born with the great fortune to have an optimistic outlook that life has not but knocked out of them, but often these individuals have merely chosen that they will be pleased and they recognize that there is often one thing about their lives that makes them pleased. You know this is true of your self as nicely. Concentrate on the areas of your life that give you happiness whenever you really feel unhappiness seeping in and no matter what assume that you will be, you can be, a happy person.

Step four — Pursue Your Happiness

Happiness is rarely a fantastic accident of fate. Happiness is rarely found by accident. While you could find happiness in unexpected places you should 1st open yourself to the possibility of happiness and prepare your self to accept it when you come across it. Some people are so miserable that they step proper around happiness when they encounter. Do not let this happen to you. What is much more, do not merely sit at property waiting for happiness to come knocking on your door. Go out and live life. Believe about what at the moment makes you happy and spend time in those activities and feel about what may make you pleased and spend time experimenting. The more time you invest actively living your life then the far more likely that you will also lead a happy life.

Remember, you deserve a happy life and you can lead a pleased life, but in the end you reap what you sow. If you are sowing happiness in your life then you will reap happiness as nicely.

GOD HAS A GREAT PLAN FOR YOU

Are you facing a setback today? God has a great plan for you. A closed door? God has a great plan for you. Has someone you loved walked out in your life? Usually when difficult situations happen, our natural tendency is to become discouraged and question where is God in my life. But when you’re a believer, you can rest assured that God is in divine control of your life, God has a great plan for you. Just as God uses promotion, breakthroughs, loyal people, encouragement, God also uses disappointments, closed doors, betrayals and persecution to move us toward His divine plan, God has a great plan for you!

God knows what you desire, God has a great plan for you

God knows how to get you where you need to be. When you understand everything in your life is divinely orchestrated, and God controls the whole universe, then you will begin to view adversity and unanswered prayers in a different way. You will begin to reap what you sow. You will begin to see that things don’t happen to you, they happen for you.

There is a purpose and reason for every action, God has a great plan for you

God has a reason for everything happening in your life and God has a great plan for you, to prosper you in all things. You can trust Him to do things His way. You don’t need to be disappointed! You don’t need to be discouraged! Hold your head up high, keep you belief strong, look forward with a determination, knowing that God has a great plan for you.

Bring Jesus into your heart, become grateful for not only the open doors but give thanks and gratitude for the closed doors too. This is Gods way to guiding you into the life that He has divinely orchestrated. God has a great plan for you!

Prosperity, Reap What You Sow

Prosperity in every sphere of life, from love to money to health, will result
when you are attuned to universal laws, reap what you sow, relying on them rather than on the apparent solidity of matter and circumstances. Pour your faith into its reality and it will bring forth everything you need to prosper.

This God is the source of your supply, not conditions or people.
In having this faith you have to forget any previous ideas about what is possible. God or spirit operates at a totally different level to matter, and physical form only comes into being as the result of what it intends. The universe is not a set of blind mechanical forces. But rather, it is persuaded and directed by intelligence using the laws such as the law of tenfold return and reap what you sow.

The universal supply has your prosperity

The implication is that the more you understand matter, money,
and possessions as emerging from the universal spiritual flow, the less need there is for you to grasp after things and treat them as solely yours. People must begin to consider themselves as common heirs to the universal resource that is sufficient for all. Simply recognize your ability to create what you need and, after the fashion of the universe itself, not hoard but keep giving. Anyone who uses this knowledge of the Universal supply for what they might get out of it will be disappointed. Though they may seem to prosper at first, their selfish outlook will lead to no good in the end. The paradox of true prosperity is that the more you appreciate it as a force designed to lift up everyone, the more naturally your own good will arise.

Bless the prosperity you have, reap what you sow

If you do find yourself low on funds praise and bless whatever
you have and imagine it growing larger. When you eat, be grateful for the
food in front of you as the embodiment of universal substance. Do not think about yourself, your interests, or your gains and losses, but think larger thoughts about an endlessly renewable supply and the good of all. By blessing what you have, you put the law of increase into motion. All things in matter or spirit are connected, and by focusing on what is physically in front of you, you can imagine more of it coming into being.

This is exactly what Jesus did with his loaves and fishes miracle, and what the widow did in the prophet Elisha’s day when she turned her small amount of oil into enough to keep the lamps burning through the night.

Recognize the prosperity importance of thoughts and words when you reap what you sow

Prosperity cannot happen while you continue to entertain thoughts of lack. Each thought draws more to it of the same type, leaving no room for the truth of prosperity to become part of your mindset. You may discount your casual thoughts and ideas, but be warned that they are the eternal realities from which we build our life and our world. Talk only of prosperity and it will become your reality.

Say this to yourself:

I am God’s offspring, and I must think as God thinks. Therefore I cannot think of any lack or limitation.

Let God order your life and finances

Many people live in the real world for six days of the
week, then leave a bit of room for God on Sundays. For them, it is not right to bring spirituality into the marketplace or workplace. If you are ready to prosper, you must take a leap of faith and allow God into all areas of your life.

This mind of the Spirit will guide you in perfect ways, even in the minute
details of your life, if you will let it do so. But you must will to do its will and trust it in all your ways. It will lead you unfailingly into health, happiness, and prosperity, as it has done and is doing for thousands, if and when you follow it.

Nature does not need to strive and neither do you. We do not have to work laboriously in the outer to accomplish what the lily does so silently and beautifully. Most of us rush around trying to work out our problems for ourselves and in our own way, with one idea, one vision, the material thing we seek.

We need to devote more time to silent meditation and like the lilies of the field simply be patient and grow into our desires, these substance ideas with which we are working are eternal ideas that have always existed and will continue to exist, the same ideas that formed this planet in the first place and that sustain it now.

Things come to you easily when you live in a state of love and gratitude.
Dwelling on thoughts of Spirit, God, and love leads you to everything you
need, plus a host of blessings you never even expected or wanted.
More prosperity principles and insights are:

• You don’t have to know how the prosperity law works scientifically. All you must do for it to work is to have a time of silence once a day in order to concentrate on the source from which all things come. Recognition of it, gratefulness for it, and faith in it is enough for it to work for you.

• You never prosper by trying to get anything out of anyone, or trying to win in a trade or bargain. Instead, Hold steadily to the law of equity and justice that is working in and through you, knowing for a certainty that you are supplied with everything necessary to fulfil all your requirements.

• Don’t be anxious. People who hunger to be good and righteous are always fulfilled. If you put Spirit first, you should not be ashamed about picturing what you need and knowing it is already coming to you—now. If doubts creep in, say, “I trust in God, I know that God does provide for the fulfilment of His divine idea, and I am that divine idea.”

• Don’t simply ask God for riches. Instead, like Solomon—the richest man of his age—ask for wisdom, for ideas. People from all over the world visited Solomon for advice and brought gold with them. Great judgment, given as a gift from God, is a basic ingredient of prosperity.

• Some believe that poverty can be a blessing—that it is God’s will for us to have hard times as well as good times so that we can appreciate things more. But this is not the way of God at all: His nature is eternal giving and new creation, and it is up to us to attune ourselves to this reality.

• Whatever talent you have you must use it fearlessly, not letting anything stand in your way. To bury your talent goes against the prosperity law. Don’t focus too much on your present conditions, only on what you are on your way to becoming.

• Give away 10 percent of all money that comes to you: There is nothing that keeps a person’s mind so fearless and so free to receive the good constantly coming to him as the practice of tithing.

If you can go into a quiet place and be still, you will be reminded of this source and worry less about where the money will come from. Some readers won’t like the many references to the Bible, but in fact the explanation of the spiritual laws of prosperity goes beyond any single religion, as you reap what you sow.

Karma a Result of Yesterday’s Behavior – Karmic Law Teleseminar

San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) March 29, 2006

There is positive and negative karma. It is a result of yesterday’s behavior. This New Thought teleseminar (on Thursday, 30 March 2006) provides a definition of all types, touching on lifetimes but examining current events in the light of recent behavior.

Recognition of karma as a result of recent events is one of the first steps in conditioning oneself toward preventing self-destructive behavior. This keeps you from creating more karma.

Self-destructive behavior is getting negative results from something the individual gave out (created). It can come from our thoughts, words, actions in the same way that we are affected by cause and effect – what we give out comes back. You know the old expression – “What goes around, comes around”.

Most people today think of karma as coming from past lives. However, most negative karma comes from more recent events. Most positive karma also comes from recent events.

It’s important that people give out what they wish to receive, whether that be money, love, praise, or appreciation. Gratitude for essential in turning the negative karma into positive.

People have control over themselves and their lives. Taking responsibility for oneself is the beginning of inner change. This inner change leads to external changes of such magnitude that people may not be recognized by others. The New Thought religion believes that God is within and gives you the power to make these changes.

The law of karma is very simple and easy to understand. Basically, it is as the old adage says: Do unto others what you want others to do to you.

This is something we have learned ever since we were little children. Beat someone up and you’re likely to get beaten up in return. But how does it really apply to our life now that we’re all grown-up? Does the law of karma still function the same way for adults?

Read on to learn more about this universal law.

You Reap What You Sow.

The law of karma can be translated into a lot of different things. It can be broken down into a lot of different meanings. One of these translations is that whatever you have contributed, you’ll gain back.

A simple example is the stock market. If you only have a 2% share in the company, then you get back what is befitting a 2% share. If you have a 50% share in the company, then you get back what is befitting your percentage. So if the company does well, then you can either win big or small depending on how much you put into it.

]]>

Like Attracts Like.

If you’re a person who is constantly thinking well of others, then you will most likely attract people who are of the same nature. Likewise, if you’re a person who has a lot of violent tendencies, then you’re also going to attract that same violent energy into your life.

Is there a way to get around this? Yes. According to the law of karma, you get what you deserve. So if you want to stop attracting violent and negative energy into your life, you need to change.

Out With the Old.

The law of karma is also interpreted in the adage, out with the old, in with the new. Basically, unless you put your past to rest, you can’t embrace the future. If you dwell on past mistakes, you won’t be able to truly move on and make a new beginning for yourself.

Of course, some people also interpret this in material items. If you have a lot of old clothes (that you never wear) still stuck in the closet, you’re limiting your chances of getting new ones.

What’s beautiful about the law of karma is that is pushes us to take a good long look at ourselves and makes us aware of all our thoughts, actions and words.

The seminant sowing is sowing to the Spirit to reap the Harvest of the Spirit. You invest when you sow, and when you reap you obtain a return on that investment. This is how the Holy Spirit purchases you in preparation for Heaven.

When you are sealed you turn into a garden bearing fruit. And you can decide on what to sow in that garden which determines also what you will reap. When you sow to the Spirit you will reap of the Spirit.

It is constantly achievable to grieve the Holy Spirit. When you sow to the Spirit you are not grieving the Spirit. And even if you grieve the Holy Spirit you will by no means frustrate God in His own Will carrying out His own Plan–you will just hurt Him.

And you do not want to hurt God. At least when you turn out to be sealed. Then you want to please God and be in agreement with Him. When you sow to the Spirit you are in agreement with God and you please Him.

Yet you are often totally free to sow to your old nature. Your old nature is prone to sin no matter how considerably you have changed and grown. But if you sow to your old nature you will reap sinful things.

But if you do sow to the old sinful nature and you grieve God it will still not frustrate Him in doing His Will. He will accomplish His Plan in spite of your resistance. Your resistance will affect you more than anything else.

If you commit a lot of crime simply because you have reaped a harvest of the old nature you will definitely have an effect on other people to. You will hurt them as well as hurting God. And you will almost certainly hurt yourself.

God will comprehend His Strategy without having you. But you do not want to hurt everyone. You want to obtain a Harvest of abundant fruit for the benefit of your self and other men and women. And when you receive that Harvest God will compensate you.

God will recompense you. But not for sinning this time. This time God will reward you. You have sown to the Spirit so the Holy Spirit will present spiritual fruit for you, producing the payment you want for your self.

Simply because you are not saved but. You are not in Heaven however. You still want to go by means of Judgment Day. But when you are sealed you are redeemed and Jesus Christ has promised to pay the price for you.

But He will not pay the price until that final day–Judgment Day. And you require God now. So the Holy Spirit pays you a little bit of what God has planned to give you. And every single time you harvest He will pay you a little far more.

So you reap spiritual fruit. It is a payment to you of Favor from God. And the greatest benefit of God’s Favor is that you are headed for Heaven when your Harvest is spiritual.

You can add to that receiving very good issues nowadays. Items which benefit you and other folks. And things which benefit God. You do not hinder Him when you grieve Him but He is genuinely benefited when you please Him.

The seminant sowing is the spiritual sowing. When you are sealed you turn into a small garden. And with a couple of harvests you can grow into a bigger garden. You can acquire a small much more land and bear a little far more fruit every time with what you already have.

You can also sow to your old sin nature. But you know what the results of that are. They are not very good. That is why you are here reading this. You want some thing much better for yourself. You want to receive the Seal.

Be not deceived God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.-Galatians 6:7-9 Can anything we do be completed in secret when Proverbs 15:3 says “The eyes of the LORD are in every single place, beholding the evil and the great.” Is there any thought in a man’s heart that is secret when Proverbs 21:2 says “Every way of a man is appropriate in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts.” Is there any place that we can go where the Lord sees not when Proverbs five:21 says “For the methods of man are just before the eyes of the LORD, and he pondereth all his goings.” The answer is simply no, God sees all, knows all, and watches all even our extremely thoughts. “The LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity-Psalm 94:11.” Why do we justify or wrongs? Why do we give up living a righteous life merely because we are tired of not encounter the high pleasures of life? The word of God says God is not mocked and whatever we sow we shall reap. Several Christians will still attempt to justify their sin and say nicely Jesus died on the cross so I will just ask for forgiveness and I will be fine. This statement is both accurate and false. True due to the fact the wages of sin are death and Jesus has paid the price for your sins so that you will not receive the accurate penalty which is death. False, because God promised in his New Testament right after the death of Jesus that he will not be mocked and if a man sows into the flesh he shall reap corruption. The mercy of God will keep us from extreme punishment but a harvest of corruption is coming. After all if we truly are youngsters of the Lord and the Lord loves us indeed then these scriptures must be accurate For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.-Hebrews 12:6, As numerous as I adore, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous consequently, and repent.”-Revelation three:19, and “But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we ought to not be condemned with the world.-1 Corinthians 11:32.”

It is accurate that the Lord does chastise or as Grandma stated spank his young children. The question is how a lot corruption have we placed upon ourselves? How many seeds have we sown in sin and when the harvest comes to past how much do we loathe and cry? I comprehend in my own individual walk with Christ I had a period of time when nothing appear to go appropriate and soon after carefully examining my behavior I understood that I had planted some bad seeds and corruption was the harvest I reaped. This word by Paul gives us serious warning to live by and I pray that we are cautious about the alternatives we make and how we sow because it could mean troubles for us in the future. Every dilemma in our life is not related to our own doing some points we must endure for the name of Christ sake. The word of God tells us that we should not grow weary in nicely performing for in due time we shall reap that harvest. We ought to not give up sowing seeds into the spirit just due to the fact we don’t see the outcomes. Farmers will continue working on a field cultivating and watering until harvest time comes. It takes patience but the harvest will be excellent. Heaven is the ultimate harvest but God also has away of blessing us here on earth. Our ultimate objective is to plant seeds that will reap unto us heavenly benefits just as Jesus Christ foretold to us in Matthew 6:19-21 “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break via and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break by means of nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”There is a reward in heaven and I encourage my self and other people to sow spiritual seeds and reap the everlasting life. The way of the flesh is not justified by God and our sins are not inexcusable simply because we say they are.

It is a sad thing in the life of a believer to be in a season where the chickens come house to roost and corruption is running wild in their life. 1 Corinthians 1:29 “That no flesh ought to glory in his presence.” God is gracious and just to forgive us, but we should quit reeking havoc in our own lives and choose to sow into one thing much more profitable for us which is the spirit. Bear in mind sin is a option that we all make and we all sin but let’s do a far better job at abstaining by much prayer and time with God. “This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the 1 to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you just before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such items shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is adore, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.”-Galatians 5:16-25

My main objective in life is to follow the word of God and to use the gifts that he has given me to glorify him. Recently I have published a book called The Wonderful Invitation a collection of poetry expressing the greatest invitation of them all salvation.

We’ve all heard that saying…”Reap What You Sow.” It’s very popular simply because the concept if it derives from the Bible. “What You Do Comes Back To You” is an excellent paraphrase. The Golden Rule also comes to mind…”Treat Others As You Would Like To Be Treated.”

No, this is not a sermon. Well…let me correct myself here. This is (sort of) a sermon or message to all children, so to speak. Will they take heed of it? I don’t think so. We all have to live and learn in our own way and time.

But, this was my experience…

I was quickly reminded of that famous saying when my child was about 7 years old. The dreaded words “I hate you.” came out of my son’s mouth. Well…of course, it hurt like a thousand knives! I was mortified and at the same time I quickly had an ugly flashback to when I was a young girl. Yes, I said those very words to my Mother. There was something Mom wouldn’t let me do and I forgot what it was, but that was my reaction. Nonetheless, I’m certainly not proud of it.

I didn’t exactly scold my son when he said those words, but just said, “You shouldn’t say things like that to your Mother.” It was something like that…not quite sure what I actually said to him. I was too hurt to do any scolding at the time. Tears started streaming down my face. I had only one thing on my mind…and that was calling my Mom.

By the time she answered the phone, I could barely get the words out…I was sobbing so hard. I said, “I’m sorry Mom for telling you I hated you when I was little!” I had to repeat myself I think at least 3 times before she could understand what I was saying. I proceeded to tell my Mom what my son said to me. Actually, she started crying herself…and that lead to a long conversation. That is one conversation I’ll never forget. She said, “Honey, yes it hurt. But that is part of growing up. You were young and didn’t realize what you were saying, and I knew you didn’t really mean it. It was said on impulse and out of anger.” Did that make me feel any better? No, not really.

I did have a good talk with my son a few days later. Of course at the time, he didn’t understand the full aspect of it. Since then…just a couple of years ago actually, my son and I had that same talk. I told him, “You’ll not understand it fully until you have children of your own.” He does remember that incident when he was young and he did apologize for it. Tears welled up and I gave him a huge hug.

It’s through these incidents in our lives that make us come full circle and really learn from our mistakes. That was definitely the case for me. It is indeed a part of growing up, but it really had a big influence on me. It was a hard lesson learned. It made me take a good hard look at how I treated both my Mother and Father when I was growing up. I gave them a hard time especially when I was a young teenager. My Mother has passed and I still regret those times even though I made my peace with her with that one phone call.

The whole point of this article is a message to all children, young and old alike. Everyone who has a parent. And we all do. Some may have step parents, foster parents, or Grandparents as their guardians. But the point is…love your parents while you have them. Spend time with them. Show them how much they are loved and appreciated. Treat them with respect, loyalty, and kindness. You never know when they will be taken from you.
